First challenge to my Eat Local Challenge:

I discovered that PCC didn't have as many Washington-made or grown items as I had hoped for. So tomorrow I may go to Pike Place Market to look for some pasta! And whatever else I can't or don't buy at the farmers market earlier in the day. PCC did have a wonderful selection of organic and natural food, but a lot was from California or the Northeast :(

I did find some amazing bread from Essential Baking Company, which is made only a mile and-a-half from where I live in the U-District! I could walk there......
